Today we will discuss how to lose weight fast in a week with exercise. I know that a lot of you want to lose weight and this is why I am writing this week this article.

The best way to burn calories is to do some sort of exercise or workout. And in my opinion the best workout to burn calories is cardiovascular exercises. These type of exercises boosts your heart beats and makes you sweat and burn calories.

Below are some examples of cardio exercises:

Walking
Running
Treadmill
Elliptical
Cycling
Stairs
Climbing

Walking or running on a treadmill is considered a good option to burn calories, however my preferred method is elliptical training. It is similar to walking but it burns more calories than any other cardiovascular exercises.

The title of this article is about how to lose weight fast in a week with exercise. This means we must do some maths:

3500 calories burn = 1lbs lost

7 days x 500 calories = 3500 calories

As you can see from my above calculations you need to burn 500 calories every single day for a week in order to lose 1 pound. And if you choose elliptical workout it should take you around 50 minutes while over 75 on a treadmill. (These numbers may vary depending on your current weight, age and intensity or speed).

I should also mention that diet also matters in weight loss. This means you must consume no more than you BMR or basal metabolic rate. To calculate your BMR I suggest that you Google it for BMR calculators and enter your age, weight and height.

And once you know your BMR simple do a cardio exercise to burn 500 calories and do it for 7 days you should lose 1lbs. that is it! So what are you waiting for? Start out your daily workout today!
