Meningitis b is a killer! Meningococcal group B is a bacteria that causes serious infection and blood poisoning that generally affects young children worldwide.

  • High fever with cold hands and feet
  • Vomiting
  • Heavy breathing
  • Red rash
  • Seizures
  • Feeling uncomfortable in bright light
  • Pale and blotchy skin
  • Crying hard

Meningitis is a killer so do not take the above signs and symptoms lightly, if you see any of these signs seek medical treatment immediately. And please note that the red rash can occur at the last stage of meningitis. So do not wait till you see red rash. Finding early signs and symptoms can save your toddlers life.
